Before we commit to working together, we’ll start with a Call or an in-person introduction to see if it’s the right fit. This is a safe space to talk through your ideas, timeline, and what you’re looking for.
Investment: $125
This is an in-depth consultation (applied to package) Length: 60 minutes
Purpose: We’ll discuss your vision, your needs, and how I can best support you.
If you decide to move forward, that $125 will go toward your final event planning package.

Since every event is different, I create custom packages based on your needs, scale, and budget. After our initial consultation, I’ll send you a proposal with:
Planning fee (flat rate or hourly, depending on the event type)
Design services (if applicable)
Vendor coordination
Timeline creation
Day-of management
Note: Prices vary depending on complexity, timeline, and travel. Before our meeting, I will send over a price sheet. These prices are just estimates; every event is unique, and I believe in flexibility. After our consultation, I’ll deliver multiple customized options so you can choose what feels right for you and your vision.
